I’ve never lived inside the box. I live from a space of openness. To new locations, new careers, serendipity, and those dreamy connections that feel right in your body before they make sense on paper.
That’s the why behind my work.
As a brain-based chiropractor and lifestyle designer, I’ve seen what happens when people force their lives to fit a mold. Energy fades, the body tightens, and self-trust disappears. Most people don’t need more discipline or information. They need their nervous system on their side again.
My work is about bringing YOU back to life from the inside out through small, intentional shifts that change how you feel, how you show up, and how you serve from an aligned, heart-led space. Everything I teach is grounded in science, without the heavy science feel, and designed to be lived in everyday life.

A 10-week guided process combining science, nervous system awareness, reflection, and lived experience to help you intentionally design your life from the inside out. Not driven by pressure or burnout. Designed in alignment with who you truly are.
